Great breakfast. Fast, courteous service. Decent coffee. First rate lox and onion omelet. Excellent house-made breakfast potatoes. Toast was just right. Prices are high but, hey, this is New York.

Very large menu, and everything we had was excellent. Service was good and food came out fast. It's a classic diner, though a little pricey for what it is. It does not have its own restroom.

This place is a well oiled machine. As soon as we walked in we were given a seat. This place was busy at 10 am, but the service was fast! We got our drinks right away and placed our order. I had the corned beef hash with eggs and my daughter had the pancakes. Both meals came right away and were both delicious. The staff dress professionally and are very polite. I really liked this place and more likely will come for breakfast again. So if your feet are tired or you just want a bite to eat, come on it!!

Delicious burgers and very nice and polite staff. Enjoyed the surroundings. Finished the meal with a nice ice dessert. Decent prices besides the beers

There were 3 in our party. We were seated at a tiny table. Restaurant was not crowded. My mother in law ordered lamb, which included baked potato and mixed vegetables. My wife ordered the same. I ordered the hot Turkey open face with mashed potato and mixed vegetables. Each entree was on a separate plate from the side dishes, so the table was completely filled and was very uncomfortable for us. Had everything been put together, dining would have been more comfortable. Also, they were slow to take away our empty plates...this continued our discomfort. My wife could not eat her salad due to the horrible tasting vinaigrette. I specifically ordered the hot Turkey open face but was given cold Turkey. We are tourists and enjoyed our visit to the city but this restaurant was not a highlight. Also, for those who might enjoy draft beer....this cafe only has bottled. The only plus for us is that when beer was ordered, it was brought immediately. The flavor of the lamb was good, but the baked potato was not.
